If you are in the same position that I was....desperately in need of AC service and overwhelmed with internet options....go no further. Yesterday I awoke to an unbearably hot house. I have a service contract and so I immediately called the company. It was Friday and I was told that the would get to me on Monday.....could not believe it and obviously could not wait 3 days . Began my search and was definitely feeling overwhelmed until I happened upon this site. It certainly seemed like a good choice based on testimonials, years of experience, location and many other factors. Contacted Joe at about 10AM, he was on a job and asked me to text him my info. Very soon he called me back, heard what my problem was and discussed possible things that could be wrong. He said he could be here by 3pm ( WOW I thought !!). Promptly at 3pm, he arrived, did a thorough assessment of the situation.Within 45 minutes, the problem was corrected. He explained what he had done in detail and gave me a written copy describing what he had done. Problem solved, happy customer....cool house thanks to this very competent ,friendly professional.As I said, look no further.....this is the answer to your problems
