Called Joe on 5/16/19 for a same day repair on my A/C that was leaking water from the condenser unit. Unfortunately due to a medical emergency he was unable to respond to the call so he referred me to a trustworthy company that came over same day to do the repairs with Joe's guarantee that they would do a good job at a decent price.Joe has earned himself a permanent customer with myself and all my friends/family members. Joe came out on Sunday, Mothers Day to service my broken a/c. He worked on unit for over an hour and found out the problem but he didn't have the part needed to fix the unit and wouldn't be able to get the part till Wednesday. He didn't want me to be without a/c so he called another company while here and told them the situation and the part needed. They agreed to come service the unit today (Monday). He was a gentleman, worked hard to solve the issue and did all that was possible on his part. I certainly would use his service again and I want to wish him happiness and good health and I appreciate all his help with the situation.

Very satisfied with the work done by Joe when he came out to take a look at my unit. Very professional, punctual, and detailed. Joe walked me through the issues with the unit in precise detail, even tested out the capacities to show me the proof that it was drained. He replaced a faulty breaker, re-wired my nest thermostat and replaced my capacitor. Now my 16 year old unit is working good as new. Very pleased, will recommend.

Joe is quite honestly one of the best people in this business to deal with. He puts your number in his phone and if you ever have to call him again, he calls you by name as if you were an old friend calling him to say Hi. My air conditioning went out and he asked another customer if they would mind him taking care of my AC since there's was just a routine service call. His most important customer is the person without air conditioning at that moment. Since that visit I have had two needs to get my AC fixed and I called Joe 1st thing. Joe advise me what to do on my own to get my air conditioner working as opposed to telling me that I need a service call. That above all else shows that he genuinely cares about the customer being comfortable over the need to make money on a service call. I have recommended Joe to everyone in my family and all of my friends should they ever have a need to have their AC repaired. He is an absolute true gentleman and professional.

I've never actually had the chance to hire Joe, but just talking to him over the phone has helped me out on multiple occasions. Hes a straight shooter with expertise and knows his stuff.

I have used All County Air Conditioning for years. The owner, Joe, has always been very honest with me regarding the repairs. He’s also been very reasonable with his pricing. He’s one of the best in his trade. I highly recommend him and his company!

We are thankful Joe (owner) came out the day after our ac quit working he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. His service is professional and fast. He knows what he’s doing and we’ll be calling him again for business in the future! Thanks Joe
